The burning thoughts of life scolding your brain
you sit in the cool midnight breeze trying to think
but no thoughts come
you wander will you ever know but you wander what your trying to figure out
you strain with an empty brain some things in life so easy some so hard
some people so nice some so mean
some so smart some so ignorant you know not where you are in this string of jumbled thoughts
you fight this thing called life you try to change the things that are out of your control
or is it are you really in control of your life or is your parent do you really control your thoughts or does god are you really free or does the president decide all
do you have control of the grades you get or the profession you will have in the future
is this thing called DNA the base of all this or is it a piece of the big picture that you cant see

in life we think we control all but do we or are we mere puppets under a bigger or higher force
